What we collect
You can use the whole site without an account. We don't ask for your name, email or health history to run the quiz or build a plan.
Where your quiz answers live
Your quiz answers and plan preferences are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not uploaded to us, and we can't read them. Clear your browser data and they're gone.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to see which pages are useful — page views and referrers, never individual health answers.
Affiliate and outbound links
Some links point to third-party sites, and a few may pay us a small commission. Once you leave Inner Garden, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Children
Inner Garden is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
You can reset your stored plan at any time by clearing site data in your browser. If you have a privacy question, contact us via the FAQ page.
